I'm a returning customer.. My first transaction with them was when I bought my Xperia-play a few years ago, Madaling kausap, cheaper than what other offers and all original, hangang ngayun buhay pa phone ko.. Anyways, ang binili ko sa kanila ngayun ay 2 pcs. Nexus tab 10 inch.. I called them kaso walang stock, i-oorder pa raw abroad, so nag pa-reserve ako and it took just 4 days para ma ship and pickup doon sa store nila.. I'm very happy with my unit and happy with their service, pag-uubusan ka talaga ng oras ng mga tao nila sa store until you are fully satisfied.. Pina-kabitan ko pa kasi ng mga screen protector kaya medyo natagalan.. Nakakahiya man na medyo natagalan at humaba rin ang pila sa store pero, they would really accommodate you.. That's why I gave them a small tip for the wonderful service with a smile..

Keep it up, DBGadgets!

P.S.
I tried calling other Numbers (seller/store) to buy my nexus tab kasi medyo impatient ako to wait 4 days for shipping.. Pero malayo talaga ang price difference and buti na lang I waited.. You guys gave me a big savings of P6,000 and a wonderful service!! Merry Christmas po.. Next time hindi ako titingin sa iba :)

good, fast transaction. BEYOND HORRIBLE after sales customer service.

 

got myself a xperia z ultra right on Halloween. 5 hours later, it's not working. They said it's a failed software update bug so it's on boot-loop. My fault they say. Sure. I'm not convinced but alright as long as I get a working phone. I return it right after the holidays, 3 days after the sale. I remind them of their 3-day replacement rule if this should still apply to me and i get a vague answer.

 

After a few days, I get it back and poof! It still isn’t working. Can I get this replaced? I ask. Nope. You’re beyond the 3 day rule they say. Seriously? But I returned it within the 3 days! Another vague response. So I send it back for repair number 2.

 

I ask what’s gonna be done. Guess what? More vague responses. Ok. So I ask again the next day. Still no clear response as to what’s being done, and when it will be done. I do my own research and conclude the repair is simple: software update and OS reinstall from the little info they gave me. Ok. That wouldn’t take weeks, right?

 

I wait out 3 days. Hindi pa daw tapos. I ask IF the phone can be released that Friday, I’ll do the software update myself, if not then sila na ang tumapos ng repair. They say by sunday pa pwede ma-release. Sige ok lang. But it gets released Monday! And it isn’t repaired at all. They tell me “e mam sabi nyo kayo na…” I said IF I get it by Friday, because I badly needed it then! My work needs that phone! If you have such long procedures on repair releases then explain them to your customer, hindi yung sila na na-hassle, sila pa sisisihin nyo after.

 

One month of blindly waiting and back and forth repairs and now they tell me I have to replace the battery. wtf? Where did that come from? Now I’m afraid the phone might be butchered. How does phone battery get screwed up so fast? I ask if I can get some consideration, if I can get the replacement for free for the hassle of this whole transaction and I get a sarcastic “hindi po ba naexplain yung warranty?”

 

All I ask is this: transparency, clear answers to questions and at least a tiny bit of sympathy. Not just "advise ko po kayo mam" but no advise ever reaches me. I don’t mind waiting. Just tell me how long and what’s being done! Give your customers some assurance.

 

I’m not stupid. I also understand your plight. (Which is why I’m not putting this up as negative feedback… not yet anyway).

 

An yet all they've given me are vague answers and "hindi ko po sure." "hindi ko po alam." Ako rin, hindi ko rin alam o so pano na? How am i supposed to know that the unit is getting fixed and not taken apart junk-shop style when I can't talk to anyone other than the so-called repairs supervisor who doesn't tell me anything?

 

They put you in a very vulnerable place where you don't know what the hell is going on to your 25k phone until you get a text saying, "mam ok na po yung phone..." and yet the phone does not return to you in "ok" condition.

 

As of this writing, I still don’t have the unit. Which is weird. 2 weeks for a reprogram? I don’t know if that’s justifiable. No one explained to me anything. And I haven’t received a response as to how bad the battery life is for them to declare it should be replaced. It’s been 2 days since I asked.

 

So the message seems to be this: We already got your money so shut the fuck up and wait.

 

This isn't what good customer service is about. You can tell me "that's the price you pay for being cheap". But there are other stores offering similar pricing with better customer service. My mistake was I gave my money away to this one.

 

DB gadgets, I actually love your store. So please address this gap in your customer service, but until then, my message to everyone is this…

 

DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE.

 

p.s. somebody please tell me what's going to happen to my phone now. no one's answering me.

simpleng simple lang comment ko sa dbgadgets..napaka professional nila pagdating sa customer..at first,nakausap ko yung tao for shipping..tnry ko meetups kase need na kagad yung item kinabukasan,so ni refer nila ako sa meet-up line nila..nun nagpa sched ako ng meet-up,naexplain nila sakin mabuti na for accessories,pick-up sa partner store nla.. straight to the point kausap dbgadgets wala ka magiging problema sa kanila..alam nmn natin na busy sila pero di sila nawawalan ng oras para sa customer,whether inquiry lang muna..wala maliit or malaki pagdating sa kanila..basta customer ka,gagawin nila lahat para sayo..thank you po sa nabili ko na roxfit gelshell + roxfit twin pack screen protector for Sony Xperia Z1..tuwang tuwa girlfriend ko sa fone nya ngaun dahil sa inyo..:) tnx po sa buong team nyo dbgadgets!God Bless po sa inyo..till nxt tym let..:)
